Overview
This privacy policy explains how we handle data when you use our tools and services.
AI Powered Tools
When you use AI powered tools, we collect and store the following information:
- IP Address
- User-Agent
- Prompt
- Timestamp
Server Tools
When you use server side tools, we collect and store the following information:
- IP Address
- User-Agent
- Input data
- Timestamp
Realtime Tools
Realtime tools do not permanently store any personal data. All processing happens on our servers only for the duration of your session.
However, data passed through realtime tools may appear temporarily in server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps, session events). These logs are not retained long-term and are not shared with third parties.
If you are working with sensitive data, exercise caution when using realtime tools.
Client Tools
For all client side tools, we do not collect or store any personal data. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.
Account Registration and Login
When you create an account, we collect and store the following information:
- Email address
- Password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
- Display name
When you log in, we create a session to keep you signed in. Each session record includes an IP address, User-Agent, approximate country, and timestamps. Sessions can be viewed and revoked at any time from your account settings.
Your account may be linked to data you create while signed in. This information is not shared with third parties and is only used to provide the account functionality you request.
Chrome Extension
Chrome extension does not collect or store any personal data.
The extension only communicates with our server to fetch the list of tools. No user data is transmitted during this process.
Comments
When you submit a comment on a tool page, we collect and store the following information:
- Display name (optional)
- Comment text
- IP Address
- User-Agent
- Timestamp
Comments are not published immediately. They are reviewed and approved manually before becoming visible to other users.
IP addresses and user-agent strings are used solely to prevent abuse and are not shared with third parties. Display names, if provided, are shown publicly alongside the approved comment.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on selected forms to protect the website from automated abuse.
Umami Analytics
We use Umami to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with website.
Data Usage
Unless stated otherwise above, any data we collect is used solely to prevent abuse and is not shared with third parties.
