Calculation Method

The calculator uses a comprehensive formula that includes both consumables and equipment:

E-liquid costs:

  • Cost per ml = Price per bottle ÷ Volume per bottle
  • Daily liquid cost = ml per day × Cost per ml

Device costs:

  • Daily device cost = Device cost per year ÷ 365

Total costs:

  • Daily cost = Daily liquid cost + Daily device cost
  • Weekly cost = Daily cost × 7
  • Monthly cost = Daily cost × 30.44 (average days per month)
  • Yearly cost = Daily cost × 365
  • Long-term costs = Yearly cost × number of years
