Gets the like and dislike counts of a YouTube video from the Return YouTube Dislike API, a third-party service; every number is that API's, not YouTube's. YouTube doesn't publish dislike counts, so dislikes is the API's estimate. videoId is an 11-character video ID or text the ID is read from, such as a YouTube watch, shorts, live or embed link, a youtu.be link or an embed iframe snippet. Only that ID is used; text with no recognizable YouTube video ID, or a link to another video service, is rejected. Returns videoId (the ID of the video the counts are for), found (false when the API answers that it has no data for the video: every number is then 0 and deleted is false), likes (like count), dislikes (estimated dislike count), rawLikes and rawDislikes (the likes and dislikes the API recorded itself; null when it has none), viewCount (view count), rating (the API's rating, out of 5) and deleted (whether the API marks the video as deleted). The API can also answer with zeros for an ID it knows nothing about, and found is then true, so found doesn't prove that the video exists. Fails when the API answers with an error, a redirect or data that isn't vote counts, or when it can't be reached or doesn't answer in time.
